How to use

• Gel insoles with adaptable size (38 and 42) and reusable.
• Cut if necessary to adapt to the shape of the foot.
• Cut along the contour that matches the foot size or use the sole of the shoe as a guide.
• For best results: Remove the insole from the shoe and use only the Gel Insole.
• Replace insoles when they show signs of wear (recommended every 6 months).
• To clean, simply wipe with a cloth dampened in hot, soapy water (do not get wet).
