Responsibilities.
The products sold by LEVAS.ME on this website comply with the legislation in force in Portugal.
LEVAS.ME, refuses any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is the User/Customer's responsibility to check with the competent local authorities the import and use conditions of the ordered products.
Obligations and duties of the Customer/User.
The Customer/User undertakes to comply with the following obligations:
- Save and not disclose your access data to prevent third parties from accessing your customer account.
- Do not use false identities.
- Provide all the data necessary for the processing and delivery of orders.
- The Customer is solely responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to LEVAS.ME, through this website.
LEVAS.ME cannot be held responsible for any delay in processing the order, particularly at the time of delivery due to an error or insufficient data communicated by the Customer at the time of placing the order.
Placing an order on this website.
Validating an order assumes that the Customer has become aware of and accepts these Terms and Conditions. The data recorded by LEVAS.ME proves the set of transactions carried out between LEVAS.ME and the Customer.
All this data is always available and accessible by the Customer.
After completing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming their order.
The stock of our products, if the indication is for immediate delivery, will be products that are in our store ready to be shipped, if you indicate products made to order, they will be products manufactured exclusively for the customer, with the estimated time indicated on the product page.
Orders placed on Black Friday, shipping costs only apply to Portugal - Continental.
Availability of products sold on this website.
For orders with advance payment (Bank transfer, Paypal, Payment for purchases (ATM)), processing can only be carried out after confirmation of the respective payment.
LEVAS.ME cannot guarantee the availability of items until the order processing begins.
LEVAS.ME only processes orders on business days. Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays can be taken into account when estimating delivery of orders, with deadlines being considered business days.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
In the event of a stockout, LEVAS.ME will check with its suppliers the deadline for restocking stock, and the Customer will then be contacted by our team. If the deadline presented is too long in the Customer's opinion, the order will be canceled and the amounts paid will be refunded, if applicable.
Any delay in relation to the estimated delivery date does not entitle you to compensation.
Exchanges and returns.
Under applicable legal terms, LEVAS.ME allows the exchange or return of items ordered and received within 14 days of receipt.
The Customer must contact our team by email or telephone before proceeding with the return.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, together with proof of purchase.
Payment of transport costs arising from the exchange or return will be borne by the customer in the event of dissatisfaction with the product and will be deducted from the refund or shipping of a new product; borne by Levas.me, in the event of damage, incorrect shipping or damage during transportation of the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only products that are:
- Revocations will not be accepted for products with signs of use, that do not have the original packaging, or that the original packaging or the product itself is damaged or tampered with.
- Collection orders will not be accepted, as we cannot verify the item.
- The products sold are for domestic use,
- The website expressly excludes the possibility of returning the following types of products:
- Cosmetic and perfumery products as well as personal hygiene products whose packaging has been damaged.
- Products that have been altered at the customer's request, or produced specifically for a specific order.
- Customized products according to customer specification or perishable goods.
- Intimate products such as lingerie, boxers, bikinis, socks, razors, brushes, among others…
- Electronic products that have been handled and have undergone specific configurations by the user.
- Kitchen and household items are only accepted if not used, for health protection and/or hygiene reasons.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that comply with the return conditions set out above will be accepted for exchange or refund.
If the customer wishes to receive a refund, we inform you that:
- The refund will be made using the same payment method. If this is not possible, it will be done by bank transfer.
- If payment was made by MBWay, 1.5% of fees applied by the MBWay system will be deducted.
- If the payment was made by ATM, €1.5 will be deducted from fees applied by the ATM system.
- If payment was made by PayPal or Stripe, 5.5% will be deducted + €0.50 in fees applied by Paypal.
- If you have opted for free shipping, the value of registered mail shipping will be deducted from the products sent.
- In accordance with article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, it is the consumer's responsibility to bear the entire cost of returning products.
- Refunds will only be processed after detailed verification of the returned products.
- If the revocation is accepted, the amount paid for the product will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days after correct receipt of the product.
LEVAS.ME reserves the right to refuse products that do not meet these conditions.
Product warranty.
All products sold by LEVAS.ME on this website have a 2-year warranty of conformity against manufacturing defects that was purchased by 12/31/2021.
All products sold by LEVAS.ME on this website have a 3-year warranty of conformity against manufacturing defects that was purchased from 01/01/2022.
All products sold by LEVAS.ME on this website are for domestic use, and not professional or industrial.
For professional use or legal entities, this matter is regulated by the Civil Code, and the warranty period will be 12 months, in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 921 of the Civil Code.
In the event of a breakdown or technical defect, the Customer must contact customer support so that an RMA (Damaged Material Shipment) can be created.
The product must be sent to our facilities. Upon your arrival you will be checked. If it is indeed a conformity defect, it will be replaced. No fee will be charged for this.
If signs of misuse or non-compliance with the conditions of use are detected, the Customer will be contacted to determine whether they wish to have the item repaired.
Order Shipping.
After payment validation, orders go through an internal process that may take a maximum of 24 business hours to be dispatched.
Note: Orders completed after 4pm will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed in the last week of festive seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, delivery times may vary as this is a time of high orders and carriers may delay deliveries.
Delivery conditions.
If you are not available to receive your order, you have fifteen days to express your interest in a new delivery attempt.
After this period, levadas.me considers this act as an expression of desire to terminate the contract, with the order being canceled and returned to the warehouse, charging the shipping cost for returning the order.
The indicated delivery deadlines are the deadlines that carriers usually take to deliver orders, which may vary.
If the order is lost or it is unable to be delivered to the recipient, the Anomaly Detection Service may take 14 working days to confirm the occurrence, during this period no refund will be made.
Resolution of Complaints.
If you are visiting this page, it is because we have disappointed you in some way.

We do not want to apologize for any mistakes on our part, but we also want to make you aware of our reality and the way we solve problems.
We work every day to improve our services and act quickly when product-related faults or delays in delivering orders on the scheduled date arise.
As an example of this, our team immediately contacts our suppliers or transport companies to resolve our customers' problems.

All purchases made on this website are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict in the understanding of these Terms and Conditions must be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
