Shipping and Payments

Here you can check how we send orders, what the delivery time is and how you can pay for them.

1. Payment Method

We have several payment methods available that you can choose when completing your order:

1.1 Payment by Multibanco - Payment for Services

After completing your order, you will be presented with the details to proceed with the "Payment for Services/Purchases" in the total value of the order, simply go to the ATM closest to you, or carry out the operation.

Payment processed immediately.

After confirming payment we will complete your order automatically.

After payment you should receive an email confirming payment, if you have not received this email you should contact us.

1.2 Bank Transfer

After completing your order, the details will be displayed to proceed with "Payment by bank transfer" for the total amount of the order, simply go to the ATM closest to you to carry out the operation.

All data will be sent to email after completing the order.

Order will be processed after payment validation.

Note:

• If proof of payment is online, we will wait for the amount to enter our bank.
• If you went to the ATM, these proofs are valid so we can send them immediately.
• If the name of the transfer is different from the name that placed the order, we ask that you send us an email informing us at support@levas.me
  
  

1.3 MB Way

After completing your order, you will receive a notification on your cell phone where you will need to have the MB Way application installed to confirm payment for your order.

Payment processed immediately.

After confirming payment we will complete your order automatically.

After payment you should receive an email confirming payment, if you have not received this email you should contact us.

Note:With this payment method, you have 5 minutes to accept payment in the MB Way application, after which the payment expires and the order will be automatically canceled.

1.4 Payment by visa or paypal

After completing your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to proceed with payment both by Paypal and Visa, the most secure system on the internet.

Payment processed immediately.

After confirming payment we will complete your order automatically.

1.5 Against - Refund - Payment upon Delivery

After completing your order, it will be sent cash on delivery (chargeable) by the post office or courier CTT Expresso for the payment amount, and delivered to the recipient.

This process is simple and effective.

Only available in Portugal.

Payment processed immediately.

This payment method will cost €3.

Note:

• Due to scams that we were subjected to in the Cash on Delivery service, only orders with a value of less than €150 will be accepted.
• This payment method is a reliable system on our part for our customers, so use it if you are actually available to receive your order.
  
  

2. Shipping Method

Here you can choose the shipping method:

Portugal

2.1 CTT Shipping - Correios or CTT Expresso:

All payment methods are available with this shipping method, including billing – Cash on Delivery.

2.1.1 Regular Mail (3-5 days):

With this method we can have cheaper rates so your purchase is more affordable.

Order sent by post.

Delivery time: Typically 3 to 5 business days.

Note: We always recommend opting for registered shipping.

2.1.2 Registered Mail (2-3 days):

Orders with the registration number, so you can always track your order.

Order sent by post or courier

Delivery Time: Typically 2 to 3 business days.

2.1.3 Urgent Delivery (1-2 days):

Order sent urgently.

Delivery time: Typically 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Orders completed after 4pm will be processed the following business day.

2.1.4 Quick Islands:

Order sent by CTT Expresso.

Depending on weight, it can be sent by air or sea.

Shipping to islands is exempt from VAT.

Delivery time:

• Orders less than 1 kg - By Air: Normally 3 to 6 working days.
• Orders over 1 kg - By Sea: Normally 6 to 12 working days.
  
  

2.2. Survey in more than 450 Stores - Pick Up:

This shipping method is only available for advance payment.

In partnership with Chronopost, we have included this service so you can collect your orders in stores with longer opening hours.

Delivery time: As a rule, this service takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive at a Pick Up point.

For example: You can choose a store with the Pick Up service, and you can pick up your order during the opening hours of the chosen store, with stores open until 00:00.

2.3. Delivery to our Warehouse - Vila Nova de Gaia

In this shipping method, all payment methods are available, including billing – Cash on Delivery.

After receiving the email that your order has been dispatched, your order will be available for collection.

Note:If you chose the Cash on Delivery method, the amount of €3 will be deducted from the charge at the time of payment.

International Shipping

2.4 International shipments:

Only advance payment is available with this shipping method.

Order sent registered and via DHL or Chronopost depending on the country.

We currently ship to 28 countries:

• Germany - Normally 2 to 5 days
• Andorra - Normally 5 to 8 days

• Austria - Normally 2 to 5 days
• Belgium - Normally 2 to 5 days
• Bulgaria - Normally 5 to 8 days
• Denmark - Normally 2 to 5 days
• Slovakia - Normally 5 to 8 days
• Slovenia - Typically 5 to 8 days
• Spain - Typically 2 to 3 days
• Estonia - Normally 5 to 8 days
• Finland - Normally 5 to 8 days
• France - Normally 2 to 5 days
• Greece - Normally 5 to 8 days
• Hungary - Normally 5 to 8 days
• Ireland - Normally 2 to 5 days
• Italy - Normally 2 to 5 days
• Latvia - Normally 5 to 8 days

3. Order Shipping

After payment validation, orders go through an internal process that may take a maximum of 24 business hours to be dispatched.

Note: Orders completed after 4pm will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed in the last week of festive seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, delivery times may vary as this is a time of high orders and carriers may delay deliveries.

4. Delivery Conditions

If you are not available to receive your order, you have fifteen days to express your interest in a new delivery attempt.
After this period, levadas.me considers this act as an expression of desire to terminate the contract, with the order being canceled and returned to the warehouse, charging the shipping cost for returning the order.

The indicated delivery deadlines are the deadlines that carriers usually take to deliver orders, which may vary.

If the order is lost or it is unable to be delivered to the recipient, the Anomaly Detection Service may take 14 working days to confirm the occurrence, during this period no refund will be made.
